PRAYER REQUEST
The purpose of this prayer request form is to allow individuals to ask others to join them in prayer. The requests are emailed to our NLCC Prayer Team. If you would like Pastoral Care, please contact one of our pastors directly at our church office at 905-790-1084.
When submitting a prayer request that involves someone other than yourself, please ensure you have their permission to share. In a situation where you are unable to ask for permission, please use first names only. Do not give last names or other identifying information.
We monitor each request before it is sent out and will not send out requests that contain content we deem inappropriate, offensive, demeaning or accusatory.
